01. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of Cipenyalex.com and to purchases of its digital C++ study guides. Read the relevant course description, delivery information and refund policy before ordering. Orders are not currently open; seller and support details must be published before purchases are enabled.
02. What you purchase
Each listing describes an individual English-language PDF guide. Only the modules and materials described on that listing are included. No physical goods, live tuition, subscription or accredited qualification are included unless explicitly stated.
03. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR. The full payable amount, including any applicable taxes, must be disclosed before you confirm payment. Payment is processed on the external provider’s page. If the amount or currency differs from the course listing, do not complete checkout and contact support. An empty payment link does not create an order.
04. Delivery
The delivery method and timing must be stated before purchase. Consult the Instant access policy. This website does not verify payments, store card details or automatically distribute paid files.
05. Personal use and intellectual property
You may download and retain the purchased material for your own study and make personal notes. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the guide without written permission. You may write and adapt your own code as part of the exercises. Ownership of the guide’s copyright is not transferred.
06. Educational scope
Material is provided for independent learning. Examples are educational and need review before use in a real application. No particular result, qualification or employment is promised. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07. Problems, cancellations and changes
For delivery problems, duplicate charges or requests to cancel an order before delivery, use the contact information on the Contact Us page once published. The Refund policy explains the process. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; the terms presented with your order remain relevant to that purchase.
